–All Ticket Sales are final. A Refund may only be issued at the discretion of our Box Office Manager in extreme circumstances.
-Refunds must be requested before the start of the performance. We are not able to provide refunds after the performance has happened.
– Refunds are for the ticket cost only. We are not able to refund the ticket fees.
– All refunds will be issued within 60 days of the refund request
– To request a refund you must contact the Box Office by phone at (563)588-1305 or by email at boxoffice@thegrandoperahouse.com. As it can be busy immediately before performances please leave a message with your name, order number, and the reason for your refund request.
