Refunds

All Ticket Sales are final. A Refund may only be issued at the discretion of our Box Office Manager in extreme circumstances.

Refunds must be requested before the start of the performance. We are not able to provide refunds after the performance has happened.

Refunds are for the ticket cost only. We are not able to refund the ticket fees.

All refunds will be issued within 60 days of the refund request

To request a refund you must contact the Box Office by phone at (563)588-1305 or by email at boxoffice@thegrandoperahouse.com. As it can be busy immediately before performances please leave a message with your name, order number, and the reason for your refund request.
