Performers inside the Haunted House may jump out at you, but they offer candy and toys to apologize for scaring you! Be sure to bring your Trick-or-Treat bag with you to collect all your goodies!

Light Fright FAQ

How early can we start lining up?

We ask that you not enter the lobby of the theater until about 6:15pm. Some of out actors and set up crew are still working until then to get everything ready.

How big of a group can go together?

We cannot allow groups any larger than 8 to go through at one time. A part of the Haunted House uses the elevator and with the actors and tour guides a group of more than 8 will not fit.

Can we wear costumes?

We love to see the light frighters in costume! You can wear the costume you plan on wearing for Halloween, or something totally different- it’s up to you!

How long does it take to go through?

Depending on how large your group is and how fast the members of your party are able to walk, it should take between 15 and 25 minutes to go through the whole thing.

Will the Full Fright start if there is still a Light Fright group inside?

Definitely not! We won’t switch over to Full Fright until the last group from light fright has exited the theater. With that being said, if you are not in the lobby by 7:20pm – we cannot send you through the Light Fright tour.

Full Fright FAQ

How early can we start lining up?

We ask that you not start lining up for Full Fright until 7:30pm – this way you do not get mixed in with the light fright crowd. However, we do recommend that you get in line early!

How big of a group can go together?

We recommend keeping your group size to 6 or fewer. A smaller group means better scares, but also there is an elevator, and we cannot place more than 6 people on the elevator.

What is the last time you will send a tour through?

We will lock the lobby doors at 10:45 pm. If you are not in the lobby at this time, you will not be able to go through the Haunted House that night. We will do our best to get everyone in the lobby at 10:45pm through the Haunted House.

How long do I have to wait?

That depends, the earlier you arrive the shorter your wait will be. If the line is out the door of the theater it is likely that the wait will be longer than an hour.

How long does it take to go through?

Our Event Coordinator can walk through the whole thing (using the Light Fright short cut) in 10 minutes. Most groups take 20-30 minutes. It all depends on how fast you go and how lost you get in the maze.

Will the performers touch you?

We discourage our performers from touching the patrons intentionally. However, if you bump into them, or in certain narrow locations, it is possible that they will touch you.

Can we use a flashlight?

No.

Fog and strobe effects will be used. Not recommended for individuals with asthma, heart conditions, or seizures. This tour includes walking several stairs and is not recommended for individuals with impaired mobility.

Tickets may be purchased at the door.
