Dubuque City Youth Ballet’s pre-professional company, Heartland Ballet, brings the popular fairy tale to life. Prokofiev’s Cinderella is notable for its jubilant music, lush scenery, romantic story, and comic stepsisters. The enduring rags-to-princess story offers the promise of “happily ever after” with a dose of humor mixed with the majesty of classic ballet. Experience the beauty of Cinderella, the Fairy Godmother, a handsome prince, a gorgeous ball gown and the perfect dance party.
