Iowa Street Parking Ramp – Corner of Iowa Street and 8th
Most performances at the Grand are FREE parking in the Iowa Street parking ramp, thanks to our many sponsors.
If the gates to the ramp are not open, the city does charge a minimal fee for parking in the ramp.
Ticket Refunds & Exchanges
All Sales are final and tickets are non-refundable. Tickets cannot be exchanged to another show. However, tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same show. Exchanges must be completed before the start of the performance originally purchased.
WEATHER POLICY- In the event that a performance gets cancelled due to weather, we will happily exchange your ticket to another performance of the same show, or refund the cost of your ticket, minus the processing fee. Refunds will not be given on tickets if the show is performed.
The Grand Opera House provides hearing assistance devices for patrons. Please see the house manager prior to showtime

Accommodations along with companion seats are available on the main floor. Please request with the box office prior to your ticket purchase.
Handicap restrooms are located in the lobby behind the concession stand
Is available next to the box office for balcony seating and restrooms in the lower level
Provided in the lobby. Popcorn, soda, water and candy are available for purchase.
Wine and beer is also available at most performances through the Rotary Club of Dubuque.
